Hey guys. What's up? I haven't seen or spoken with anyone from fourth wall in a wicked long time. Not doing fourth wall sucked dick for coke. BUT I had to do what I had to do. I've been living these past months in the year 1885 as a blacksmith....i mean. i've been workin like crazy and goin to school. I get one day off a week at best and I'm in charge of some flights at FedEx at logan airport...i actually have a huge ass responsibility. who knew? lol It's been a rough year. Nana died, Cody died. lots of shit happened. BUT I haven't forgotten about you guys. I just want to tell you guys to break a leg on these performances. best of luck to ya's. Hey. Remember me? I'm Joe Gaudet. How's everyone been? I haven't seen anyone in like a year. I've been wicked busy with work. I got a job at the end of the summer at FedEx at Logan Airport. I get to work on planes and do crazy stuff. I got promotions and everything if you can believe that. Been wicked busy trying to work on my magic and acting. It's obvious that I'm not doing 4th Wall this summer. I was wicked pissed but I gotta do what I gotta do.. I gotta work. lol. Things have been tough with money lately and deaths in the family and whatnot. I just want all of you to know that I haven't forgot about you's. Vinny, what's new? How's Sam? Nick. I miss you man. I miss everyone. Last summer was one of the BEST summer's of my life. And I want to thank you. I wish you all the best of luck this summer and let me know when the shows are. Hope all is well with everyone and I love you guys.

I'm at school right now and just had an exam. I most likely kicked the exam's ass. I was like "what did you say exam?" and then punched the shit out of it. Poor thing pissed itself. Oh well. That's what you get for bein a wise ass exam.. Anyways, How bout them Sox? heh? Ortiz came through again baby. Lately I've found myself feelin kinda down. Maybe it's the winter comin...or the seasonal depression. either way I gotta overcome this feeling. I skipped class yesterday cuz I just didn't fee like it. So I went to Newbury comics and bought myself a Foo Man Chu Mustache. It's pretty cool. 100% human hair.. i hope hair on your head...no...ur other head u sicko. All I need is a little spirit gum and i'll be all set. I'm feelin kinda lonely lately too. I don't know what it is. So whoever reads this, the next time y'all see me, give me a shit load of lovin cuz I'm in need of it times triplicate.
So...How's everyone doin? Larvel? I know shit's been well...shitty.. but you'll pull through this shit man. Do your thing and just be you and it'll come to you. Flip, I'm glad everything is goin so well for you. Glad to hear it. Anna Rawson, how's school, Picard? Johnny Fiander? Flounder?(AKA Barrows to all of you) Drew? Fink? DeVita? I think he got shanked already in NYC. I told him to stop bein such a pussy and use the shank i made him. Me Vinny and Sam saw Vitka, Todd, Ariana, and Vanessa the other night at Todd's shady ass party. lol It was a good time though. Since i'm straight edge I was wantin to go home the entire time. lol I was exhausted. I didn't get home til 4 in the morning. Thanks to Vitka, Ariana and Vanessa for dancing on friggin cars and The Landing in Marblehead. We got to Todd's after we dropped off Lauren and Syd at like 11. Oh yeah...Saturday night we all played cards at my place in Lynn. It was a good time. I got to sit next to Lauren the whole time. :-) mainly cuz i was her bitch. lol As good as i am with cards, I got my ass handed to me in bullshit. If I dealt and shuffled, I woulda had them Bullshit. Oh well, can't win them all. Oh yeah, people...force me to learn some new card sleights and any new magic. I'm starting to suck wicked bad. Or at least I think. I gotta be one step ahead of everyone else.. but i wanna be 100 steps of everyone else.. so keep pushin me. Guess what? It's about that time that Joe Gaudet does an update. I love Live Journal.. but I HATE updating it. Mainly cuz i just like to look at everyone else's stuff. So...What's up? Well folks...It's about that time to update this mofo. It's been quite some time I reckon and I figure a lot's been up... First thing's first...I've got the best group of friends ever. Nick, Vinny, Sam, Lauren, Syd, Kels, Maddie, Zoe i guess lol. Can't forget Billy Baroo, Flounder..where has he been? Stabone. This school year is startin off to an ok start. I'm wicked smaahht kid too so it's even bettah.
Since everyone is on the topic of meeting new girls and boys, I figured I'd let everyone know that if not for getting the balls to do Fourth Wall this summer then I would never had re-sparked my dream of being an actor and continuing magic as a career. And also I would have neve met Lauren...and if for not getting the balls to ask her on a date, we probably wouldn't be together right now. I guess I owe me and Lauren's relationship to the Chinese. Now, you're probably asking yourselves, "WTF is he talking about?" Well, I had a huge crush on Lauren Verrico for a little bit but never did anything about it cuz I thought I had no chance in hell. But anyways, I found a fortune cookie in my kitchen drawer one day and ate it, and was it good.. mmmm...so after enjoying the delectable cookie treat I read the fortune and I swear on my life that it said , "Dude, It's time you get some balls and ask her on a date" I was like..." The Chinese know my secret..." so there you have it, we went out on a date and she's amazing. We have so much in common and if not for my friends, I couldn't have done it. So.. Thanks guys. :-)
So, Lynn...Yeah..Party at Joe Gaudet's house as soon as I'm settled and get the disco ball installed in my room. It'll be an exclusive party, special invitation only..It's right on the beach and the view is amazing. So I'll let people know as the details get sorted out... Alright people..I'm goin to bed. Ok.. I can't sleep and I got class nice and early in the morning...yay..ok. I was at school in the cafeteria today and me and my brother were talkin about stupid stuff and little kids came up. My brother's ex girlfriend was talkin about how she's a nanny for these 3 young kids and she was talkin how one of them craps themselves. lol so i was like "well if you turn the kid upside down and grab his pants and you get a fist full of dollars, then you know dirty harry's been to town" I thought that was the best thing ever cuz my brother was pissin himself for like 10 minutes. I thought of it really quick and i guess that's why it was so funny. Anyways, i'm a dork. i'll stop there for that subject.
School was long and boring today...but when is school EVER fun? snowdays are fun. especially sledding.
So here's the deal.. We just bought a house in Lynn and I'm kinda livin in both houses at the moment and then in a couple of weeks we make the BIG move. It's cool I guess. I can see the beach from my window so that's a plus. Long walks on the beach. lol that sounds so corny..anyways. It's not even gonna be that bad cuz its like 2 seconds away from school and I hang out in Melrose all the time anyways. I'm kinda nervous about moving though and workin at FedEx if i ever get in!! I have to go to Southie on Saturday and go to the recruiting center to do a few things. If I get in, its really great benefits. I'd work 22 hours a week..get paid around 12/13 bucks an hour. so like 220 a week just for workin 22 hours or so. so thats pretty good and thats after taxes. and they'll pay for school if I get a C average or better. I only get 2 nights off a week. probably like thursday and saturday off. I hope at least. but the hours are only 7pm-about midnight. so thats not bad at all. When i worked at TGI Friday's i'd work from like 4pm-2am. I hated it. It was fun on Saturday nights though cuz that's when I would do magic at the bar. Man did i love that. I'd get like 20 bucks from one person for doin 1 effect. It's the greatest feeling to inspire and change people's lives with just a deck of cards or something that they have in their pockets. Nothing beats that feeling. Magic is a place you can go...where everybody knows ur name...wait. thats cheers..damn ADD oh well.. I'm goin to bed.. I got school tomorrow. Crappy school.

So this is what I'm doing instead of going to class... NSCC(North Shore Community College) sucks. I wake up nice and early today to be to class at 8. But I when I got to school there was one parkin spot and I got it. I'm the man on that one. but what sucks is that there was only one friggin space left at 8 in the mornin..what the hell do people do, sleep here? It's kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Last semester was way better cuz I would get here at like 7:30 or 7:45 and be like the first one here. That's probably cuz I had my 1987 Monte Carlo SS. it was nice and fast too. but she's in a better place now.. Some kid bought her off me this summer for 600 bucks...what was i thinkin?!!! 600 bucks.?. she was worth at least a million bucks...ok...u got me....more like 600 bucks. but i still say the kid got a STEAL at 600. It woulda been a bargain at 10 grand...probably not ok.. NEXT subject!
What am I gonna do for a career? Here's the deal...I wanna be an actor/Magician/Card shark..but my parents on the other hand don't think i have a shot at it. That's why I'm just studying criminal justice at North Shore. There is no math involved and thats why i picked it..I looked through the book and said.."what can i take that has NO MATH" and there you go.. Criminal Justice. Kinda sad i know. I made a deal with myself that I'll go to college and get a degree.. and in the midst of all this...i'm gonna try to get as successful as i can with magic and acting so when i get out of school i can just do that and have the degree to back me up. It really sucks that my parents aren't all that supportive of me doing what I wanna do but you know what I say?..."F@ck em." I'm so sick and tired of my mom yelling at me all the friggin time for no reason.. she gets mad when I wanna go out and i seriously think she's a little friggin crazy. I don't drink, I dont smoke, I don't do drugs. i'm a good little boy and a gentleman to the ladies. One particular young lady right now that I am a gentleman to and she's really cool and easy to talk to. I'm real glad I did fourth wall cuz i probably never would have met her. things do happen for a reason. :-) So my parents should BACK OFF.. and let me hang with Vinny and work on stuff ...let me hang with Nick and work on stuff. Let me hang with anyone and everyone and get off my back! now that that's been said...NEXT!
Winter is coming and its gonna be crappy. I hate the winter...so depressing and cold. I like the cold weather...like the fall. cuz you can be cold and warm at the same time.. drivin down the fellsway comin from Grimsby's goin toward the high school on a fall sunday morning kicks ass..you must try it..the air will be wicked cold but the sun will be beating down through all the cold creating a perfect feeling of cold and warm.. its like you're in heaven or somethin...or maybe its just me but..hey... I still haven't figured out how to get this thing started and I've had the account for like...3 weeks I think...Oh well.. Anyways, tonight was a fun night. Me, Nick, Vinny, Lauren, Sam, Syd, and Maddie all hung out at my house and got 54 dollars worth of Dominoe's. Needless to say, me and everyone else were fuller beyond full. I wish I could have spent some alone time with someone tonight, ya know.. like they do on "The Bachelor" or "The Bachelorette" lol. I feel that with the tallent of our Fourth Wall Theatre Company, we can all become very successfull. I am really glad that I got the guts to just go to auditions and meet everyone. If not for Nick DeVita and Matt Barrows, I would not have met all my great friends this summer. Cuz lets face it, I've been goin through some rough shat in my life and I still kinda am..but i'm glad I get to look forward to hanging out with the crew on the weekends. Fourth Wall has opened their arms and welcomed me in and I'm really thankful that Vinny and I hit it off. I'm also really glad that I got to work with Drew and Nick again this summer. They never fail to amaze me. Anyways. I hope this journal entry works...oh yeah.. Nate Staniforth is a friggin TOOL.. Nick and Vinny know who I'm talkin about...that straigh jacket sh@t sucks! |
